What trial participants receive

Trial participants complete the Buyer Risk Snapshot assessment for a property they are actively considering, receive the generated report, and then complete a structured feedback form. Participation is at no charge during the trial. There is no payment, no deposit and no card details required at any stage.

The Buyer Risk Snapshot is preliminary property decision support based on user-provided information. It is not a building inspection, engineering report, pest inspection, legal review, financial advice or formal valuation.
